OFFICINE RIGAMONTI: QUALITY AT THE SERVICE OF WATER
The new self cleaning strainer patented by Officine Rigamonti (PN16 Filt-OR) is the first guarantee for the security and the “cleaning” of water for domestic use. Without having a sophisticated and expensive filtering disposal for water at the table, this new strainer is capable of withholding all types of sediments by guaranteeing an improved pureness of the water at home, reducing the number of maintenance interventions for household electrical appliances and water pipes.
Installed at the beginning of the main (immediately after the water meter) the disposal in anti-corrosion bronze and brass is equipped with a filtering cartridge in stainless steel which separates from the water the possible foreign particles such as sand, rust flakes and calcareous fragments. The impurities are caught in the cup which is disposable in two versions: transparent in order to have a visual monitoring of impurity accumulation at all times- or in brass, for the use with fluids at elevated temperatures, even with industrial fluids.
The strainer from Officine Rigamonti is easy to install and requires little maintenance and allows to effectuated the main operations of flushing, cleaning and substitution of the cartridge quickly and without the need to interrupt the water flow during this processes. Besides its application on water pipes, the strainer can perfectly be used in conditioning plants, sanitary installations, irrigation systems and compressed air distribution. The new patent has obtained the ACS certification, a severe French protocol which certifies the compatibility of the product for the use with potable water. As it is the case for all products of Officine Rigamonti, also this strainer is covered by the CE certification. The company, founded in 1950 by Giovan Battista Rigamonti in Valduggia, has in fact always paid particular attention to the quality of the solutions destined for a rational use of the water resources, in the main conducts as well as in the small domestic channels.
